These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Techlion Technologies' subscription-based Point of Sale (POS) system. By subscribing to and using our POS services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Subscription & Payments

• The POS system is provided on a subscription basis, with monthly or annual payment options.
• Subscription fees must be paid in advance to continue using the system.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of service.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Service & Support

• Subscribers will receive software updates and technical support during the subscription period.
• Support is available via email, phone, or other designated channels.
• Downtime due to maintenance or technical issues will be minimized, but Techlion Technologies is not liable for unforeseen outages.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate business information during registration.
• The POS system should only be used for lawful business transactions.
• Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized access may lead to suspension or termination.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

• Techlion Technologies follows strict data protection measures to ensure user data security.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without user consent, except where required by law.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

6. Termination & Cancellation

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.
• Techlion Technologies reserves the right to terminate access for non-compliance with these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Techlion Technologies is not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or data due to system downtime, technical failures, or unauthorized access.
• The system is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Changes to Terms

Techlion Technologies may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the POS system after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Kenya.
